• Event Data: Booking dates, service times, and bridal party size.

• Health Data: Allergies or skin sensitivities disclosed for your safety.

• Storage (CRM): Your details are securely stored within our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. This system uses industry-standard encryption to protect your information from unauthorized access.

 

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data based on Contractual Necessity (to fulfill your booking) and Legitimate Interest. This includes:

• Managing your booking and scheduling trials.

• Sending automated appointment reminders and invoices via the CRM.

• Ensuring health protocols are met regarding product application.

• Internal business analytics to improve our bridal services.

 

4. Data Retention

• Inquiries: Data for non-booked inquiries is deleted after 6 months.

• Client Records: For Spanish tax compliance, invoice and booking data are retained for 5 years.

• CRM Records: You may request the deletion of your CRM profile at any time after your wedding date has passed, provided all financial obligations are met.

 

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with:

• CRM & Software Providers: Secure platforms used for business operations (e.g., Shopify, CRM providers).

• Authorized Assistants: If an additional artist is booked for your wedding, they will receive only the necessary service details.

• Legal Compliance: If required by Spanish authorities.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of your CRM profile.

• Right to Rectification: Update any incorrect details.

• Right to Erasure: Request that we delete your personal data.

• Right to Object: Opt-out of any marketing or photo usage.
