Refund policy

Booking Terms & Conditions

 

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

50% deposit is required for any booking.

Full refund (less a €50 administration fee) if cancelled over six months before the event date.

Part refund (50% of deposit) if cancelled between six and three months before the event date.

No refund if cancelled under three months before the event date.

• Note: During peak season (April to October), refunds under three months are only considered with evidence of a documented emergency, and a €50 administration fee will still apply.

 

 

2. Date Change & Rescheduling Policy

All requests to change the date of a booking are subject to the following terms:

Subject to Availability: All date changes are subject to the Artist being available on the new date. If the Artist is already booked, the request will be treated as a Cancellation (see Section 1).

Rescheduling Fees (Peak Season: April – October):

• Over six months' notice: A €100 Date Change Fee applies to transfer the booking.

Between six and three months' notice: A €250 Date Change Fee applies to compensate for the loss of the original date.

Under three months' notice: Rescheduling is not permitted within this window. The original 50% deposit is forfeited to cover the loss of business, and a new 50% deposit is required to secure a new date.

Emergencies: In documented emergency situations within the three-month window, a minimum €150 Rescheduling Fee will apply at the Artist's discretion.

Rate Adjustments: Any move to a new calendar year or a higher-tier peak date will be subject to current seasonal pricing.

 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your reason for refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not based on the notice period and terms outlined above. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
